At Pherobites, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day refund guarantee in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund, replacement, or exchange.


2. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with any unused portion included.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been fully consumed or are not in their original container.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If this happens:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos of the damage or incorrect product.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including return shipping costs if applicable).

5. Change of Mind

We understand sometimes you may change your mind. If so:

  • You can return the product within 30 days for a refund.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  1. Notify you that we have received your item.
  2. Approve or reject your refund request based on the eligibility criteria.
  3. If approved, process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To start a return or refund request:
